Product Introduction
1. Chassis The chassis is the supporting part of the entire drilling rig, which is mainly composed of crawler trolley, upper and lower turntables, lifting frame, angle frame, column, support cylinder, etc. The crawler trolley is composed of two sets of crawler assemblies, and the drive motors are controlled separately. The travel valve handle can be operated to realize forward, backward, turning and other actions; the lower turntable can make the frame rotate 360° in the horizontal direction, and the upper turntable can make the frame rotate 360° in the vertical direction; the lifting frame can be adjusted according to the actual drilling position; each support cylinder is used to anchor the main machine during work. 2. Drilling tools Drilling tools include drill rods, drill bits and water braids. Drill rods can be equipped with light drill rods, triangular drill rods, tight hoop drill rods or spiral drill rods according to the usage. The length of each section is 0.8m, 1m, and 1.5m. The connection between drill rods adopts trapezoidal cone thread connection or hexagonal connection, which has the advantages of high strength, easy disassembly and assembly, and good centering. The drill bit is a composite PDC center drill bit, or a special alloy (or composite) drill bit for spiral drill rod, which has the characteristics of high strength and long life. The water braid has two specifications: front water braid and rear water braid, which are selected according to the drill rod specifications. It is used to pass water or compressed air to the drill bit when the drill rod is drilling, which plays a role in cooling and lubricating the drill bit.
