The 2XZ1 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our factory by integrating the advanced technology of imported products. This series of pumps adopt a single-stage and single-acting structure, featuring a simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, and high efficiency and energy conservation. Compared with the SK2SKSZ series water ring vacuum pumps widely used in China at present, it has significant advantages such as high vacuum degree, low power consumption and reliable operation. It is an ideal alternative product to the SK and 2SK SZ series water ring vacuum pumps. The main structural features of the 2XZ series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors produced by our company are as follows: All bearings are original imported bearings, ensuring the precise positioning of the impeller of the 2XZ vacuum pump and high stability during operation. The impeller material is all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, which fully ensures the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions and greatly extends the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump. The pump body is entirely made of steel plates, which increases the service life of the 2XZ vacuum pump. The shaft sleeve of the 2XZ vacuum pump, as the most vulnerable part, is all made of high-chromium stainless steel in our factory, which has a service life five times longer than that of ordinary materials. The pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high-precision conical sleeve pulleys, which are reliable in operation, easy to disassemble and have a long service life of the belt. The coupling (direct drive) adopts standard high-strength elastic couplings, with the elastic elements made of polyurethane material. It operates stably and reliably and has a long service life.
