Fan impeller
 
  Impeller is the main part of the fan, its role is to make the inhalation of the gas between the blades forcibly rotating, generating centrifugal force discharged, so as to improve the flow rate and pressure of the gas.
  A fan impeller includes a front disc and a rear disc, the rear disc being fixedly connected to a hub by a connector, the hub being located in the centre of the rear disc, the central axis of the rear disc being the reference axis, and a plurality of evenly distributed circular array blades being fixed on the rear plate. The blades are straight, the outer edges of the blades form a circle, the blades and the circle have an intersection, and the extension line of the blades and the intersection of the circle have a tangent angle, an air outlet is provided in the middle of the front disc, and the periphery of the front disc is fixedly connected to the blades to form a closed structure, and the periphery of the front disc is in the form of a curved shape, and the curved front disc corresponding to the centre of the curved shape is located on a side away from the blades. The periphery of the front disc is arc-shaped, and the centre of the arc is located on the side away from the blades, and this design reduces the resistance of the airflow in the impeller structure, facilitates the airflow to be discharged from the air outlet, reduces the noise, increases the volume of the discharged air, and improves the working efficiency.
  There are a variety of blade widths in the impeller structure. The width of the impeller structure allows more airflow to enter the impeller structure, which is conducive to increasing the airflow of the fan, thus achieving an increase in the efficiency of the fan.
