The YBX3 series of high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors is a fully enclosed high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor independently developed and designed by our company. The efficiency index complies with the provisions of the energy-saving evaluation value of grade 3 motors in GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors". This series of motors conforms to the provisions of the national standards GB 3836.1 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements" and GB 3836.2 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures 'd'". This series of motors is made into flameproof type and is suitable for power drive of mechanical equipment in explosive gas environments. The explosion-proof marks are Exd IMb, ExdlIAT(1-4)Gb, ExdlIBT(1-4)Gb, ExdlICT(1-4)Gb, and the temperature groups are T1, T2, T3, and T4. The frame size range of this series of motors is 80-355, and the power grades and installation dimensions comply with the provisions of the standards GB/T4772.1/IEC 60072-1 and GB/T4772.2/IEC 60072-2.
