Asynchronous Motor
Asynchronous motors work on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When three-phase alternating current is passed through the stator winding, a rotating magnetic field is generated. There is relative motion between the rotor conductor and the rotating magnetic field, cutting the magnetic lines of force, generating an induced electromotive force in the rotor conductor, and thus forming an induced current. This induced current interacts with the rotating magnetic field to generate electromagnetic torque, driving the rotor to rotate. Since the rotor speed is always lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field, it is called an "asynchronous" motor.
Asynchronous motors have many significant characteristics. They have high reliability during operation, and because there are no complex mechanical contact parts, the failure rate is low, and they can work stably in harsh environments. They are also very convenient to maintain, and only simple operations such as cleaning, tightening and lubrication are required on a daily basis.

SIMPLE STRUCTURE
The stator and rotor structures of asynchronous motors are relatively simple. The stator core is made of stacked silicon steel sheets, and the winding is easy to embed; the squirrel cage rotor is brushless and slip-ring-free and does not require complex windings. This simplifies the manufacturing process, improves production efficiency, reduces costs, and is also easy to maintain and repair.
