The ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is a novel-structured product successfully developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad.
This pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It adopts an axial reflux and external mixing type. Through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can be used like a general self-priming clean water pump without the need for a bottom valve or priming water, and can also suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities. It can be widely applied in municipal sewage discharge projects, river and pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical and power industries
The most ideal impurity pump for chemical media such as fibers, slurry and mixed suspension.
Compared with similar domestic products, this pump features a simple structure, excellent self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, as well as convenient use and maintenance. It is the first of its kind in the domestic sewage pump series.
